Packages are non-transferable and expire 12 months from the purchase date.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is simple. Cancel at least two hours before the scheduled start time and automatically receive a refund. If you cancel within two hours of game time, you will not receive a refund or credit. Any no-show will not receive a credit or refund.
Participants who signed up for games that are cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather, facility issues, or insufficient players, will automatically receive a refund.

Pricing FAQs
Do I need to pre-register?
Yes. All sessions require pre-registration. Spots are limited, and walk-ins are not guaranteed.
What skill level are training sessions for?
Training classes and lessons are designed for beginner to intermediate players only. Open Gym levels vary by session.
What’s the difference between Training and Open Gym?
Training focuses on instruction, drills, and skill development. Open Gym focuses on structured gameplay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the listed game time. No-shows are non-refundable.
I’m new — where should I start?
It depends on your experience.
- If you’re an experienced or upper-intermediate player, you may start directly in Open Gym at the appropriate level.
- If you’re new to volleyball or returning after time away, we recommend starting with a Training class.
