Team Training Sessions
Team Training Sessions are designed for volleyball teams that want to improve their skills, communication, and overall performance on the court. These sessions focus on team-based drills, game situations, and skill development such as passing, attacking, rotations, and court awareness.
Perfect for league teams looking to build chemistry, sharpen fundamentals, and get quality reps in a structured training environment.
Session Details
- $40 per player
- 2-hour training session
- Minimum of 6 players required
- Players may pay individually or one person may cover the full team
Teams interested in scheduling a session can submit an inquiry through The Program.
Rotating weekly classes include:
- Passing 101 – Platform control, footwork, and consistency
- Serving 101 – Technique, confidence, and accuracy
- Skills & Drills – All-around skill development with focused reps
- 5–1 Rotation – Learn offensive systems and on-court responsibilities
- Hitting 101 – Footwork & approach timing, and arm swing basics
